The international dimension of Talent2Africa materializes with the opening of hubs in Abidjan, Nairobi, Paris and Casablanca / Talent2Africa is a finalist of TechCrunch (main global start-up competition) for the Africa region

Group holding company established in Mauritius

VC fund Saviu Ventures enters the capital

That year, Talent2Africa is the only West African start-up to raise 1 million USD or more.

Co-organization with the World Bank (IFC) of the African Leadership Forum event in Paris

Chams Diagne

Chams Diagne

is one of the co-founders of the professional social network Viadeo, where he held the position of General Manager Africa. An authority on the issue of executive and management recruitment in Africa, Chams now devotes himself to connecting the best talent and recruiters in Africa through Talent2Africa. Chams regularly features in the top 100 ranking of young African leaders published by the Choiseul Institute and followed the Stanford acceleration program for leaders (Stanford Seed Transformation) in 2019.

Benoît Martin

Benoît Martin

worked for more than 10 years with large French companies on employer branding and sourcing of executives and high potentials, particularly within the Figaro Classifieds group (Cadremploi.fr). He then joined the Le Monde group, where he created and developed Forum Expat – the reference show on international mobility – then held the position of Director of Africa activities, with the mission of deploying the Le Monde Afrique media on the African continent. His career has also enabled him to develop proven expertise in Business Process Outsourcing issues, particularly through his experience at the Mauritian digital outsourcing company Esokia.
