Multinational Energy Sector Recruitment

A multinational operating in the energy sector based in Johannesburg was seeking a Director of Operations to oversee its activities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

• Conduct a thorough search in the Talent2Africa database (200,000 profiles) and our network in Sub-Saharan Africa to find candidates with sector expertise in energy coupled with a strong background in operations management.
• Identify the most relevant profiles using different sourcing channels (direct approach, social networks, job sites, professional associations, etc.).
• Conduct pre-selection interviews.
• Perform reference checks and a personality test.
